titleOfInvention Synchronous induction motor rotor manufacturing method, synchronous induction motor rotor mold, and compressor
abstract A method of manufacturing a rotor of a synchronous induction motor with high reliability capable of preventing strip lifting in a die casting process and preventing an increase in vibration and noise. A magnetic pole projection is formed on a d-axis which is a direction in which magnetic flux easily flows and a q-axis which is a direction in which magnetic flux does not easily flow, and a plurality of slits for generating reluctance torque and the vicinity of an outer peripheral portion are provided. A stacking step (ST2) for stacking a plurality of rotor cores having a plurality of slots, and pressing at least one of the strips formed between adjacent slits of the rotor core at both ends in the stacking direction. A fixing step (ST4) in which the end ring type is disposed on the other end side, and a secondary conductor is formed that fills at least the slot and the slot with the conductive material and fills the end ring type after the fixing step. Step (ST6) is performed. [Selection] Figure 6
