Apparatus and method for uniformly distributing electrode particles |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drop filling assembly and a method for uniformly distributing electrode active particles on a current collector. The drop filling assembly comprises a conduit containing two or more sieving screens spaced apart. The funnel is located upstream of the sieving screen and distributes the electrode active powder at a slow rate near the center of the conduit. The mesh of one of the sieving screens is not aligned and aligned with the next or previous screen, but is shifted. The electrode active powder is injected into the funnel and distributed across the conduit cross-section while bouncing and passing through a screened screen that is not aligned and aligned. The powder that emerges at the bottom of the conduit is in a thin, uniform layer and the desired electrode due to the boundary between the conduit and the press fixture located directly above and below the current collector. The shape is made. Thereafter, the powder layer is pressed on the current collector to produce an electrode. [Selection diagram] None |
