abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a photosensitive element which is sufficiently prevented from missing a line of a resist pattern due to overdeveloping in a normal developing method, and has excellent adhesion and resolution. A photosensitive element comprising a support film and a photosensitive resin composition layer laminated on an adherend, wherein the support film is capable of being exposed to an alkaline aqueous solution adjacent to the photosensitive resin composition layer. A soluble resin layer, and a resin film layer that can be peeled off from the soluble resin layer when laminated on the adherend, and the photosensitive resin composition layer has a thickness of 1 to 20 μm.
