titleOfInvention Unidirectional reinforced fabrics, preforms and composites
abstract The present invention provides a unidirectional reinforced fabric having excellent resin impregnation and a composite material having excellent mechanical properties, a preform and a composite material using the same. The unidirectional reinforced fabric of the present invention draws continuous reinforcing fiber yarns having a fineness of 350 to 3,500 tex and a number of filaments of 6,000 to 50,000 so as to be parallel in one direction. The aligned reinforcing fiber yarn group and the weft direction auxiliary fiber yarn group extending the continuous auxiliary fiber yarn in the direction intersecting with the reinforcing fiber yarn or the layered body constituted by the discontinuous auxiliary fiber form the fabric. The fabric has a weight per unit area (FAW) of the reinforcing fiber yarn of 50 to 370 g / m 2 and satisfies the following formulas (1) and ( 2 ). FAW = K 1 × (TEX) 1/2 (1) FAW = −317 × GAP + K 2 (2) where FAW: Weight of reinforcing fiber yarn (g / m 2 ) TEX: Fineness of reinforcing fiber yarn ( tex) GAP: Gap between reinforcing fiber yarns (mm) K 1 : Constant of 4 to 9 K 2 : Constant of 260 to 395 [selection diagram] None
