abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a small particle size resin emulsion which can be applied as a pressure-sensitive adhesive or a thin film coating. By using an emulsion of a biodegradable resin modified by mixing 1 to 80 parts by weight of a rosin compound and a terpene compound with respect to 100 parts by weight of a biodegradable polyester resin, the adhesiveness is improved.
