titleOfInvention Weatherproof hard coat film and method for producing the same
abstract The present invention provides a weather-resistant hard coat film exhibiting excellent interlayer adhesion over a long period of time and a method for producing the same. The weather resistant hard coat film is provided with a base film, a primer layer, and a weather resistant hard coat layer in this order, wherein the weather resistant hard coat layer is a resin composition for a weather resistant hard coat layer. And the curing agent contained in the resin composition for a primer layer are formed so as to react with each other, thereby solving the above problem. At this time, the curing agent is preferably an isocyanate curing agent compounded in a proportion of 3% by weight or more, when the total amount of the curable resin and the solvent contained in the primer layer resin composition is 100% by weight. Preferably, the resin composition for a weather-resistant hard coat layer is an active energy ray-curable resin composition containing a polyfunctional urethane acrylate and a monomer having two or more functional groups as main components, and the resin composition for a primer layer is preferably an acrylic resin. It is preferable that the resin composition is mainly composed of an ultraviolet absorbing resin and an isocyanate curing agent. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
