abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent strain recovery at high temperatures and excellent surface properties of an extruded product. A block copolymer having at least one polymer block (A) comprising an aromatic vinyl compound unit and at least one polymer block (B) comprising a conjugated diene compound unit which may be hydrogenated. Wherein an addition-polymerized block copolymer (I 0 ) having at least one of a C 1-8 alkylstyrene-derived structural unit (a) and a functional group (b) in a polymer block (A) is a polyolefin ( II) and optionally a softening agent for rubber (III) in a specific ratio, a crosslinking agent (IV) mixed with the mixture, and a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by dynamically crosslinking under melting conditions.
