Substrate having high detergency coating and method for forming high detergency coating |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a film having high detergency on a substrate surface such as glass. SOLUTION: A high-detergency coating made of a silica film containing sodium and / or phosphorus is formed on a substrate surface. When a silica film containing sodium is formed on the surface of the substrate, the action of sodium present in the silica film causes the silica film to exhibit oil repellency, thereby imparting oil repellency to the surface of the substrate. In addition, since sodium forms a film integrally with silica, outflow due to washing with hot water is suppressed, and a state of high oil repellency can be maintained. This oil repellency enhances the washability. When a silica film containing phosphorus is formed on the surface of the substrate, the flow of sodium from the surface of the substrate during washing is suppressed by the action of phosphorus present in the silica film, and the oil repellency of the surface of the substrate is maintained.
