titleOfInvention | Soil treatment method and device |
abstract | An exothermic sheet using a semiconductor exothermic element which is inexpensive and has no problems of environmental pollution and limited resource consumption, kills harmful bacteria and pests in soil and keeps the temperature at a temperature suitable for cultivation. A heat generating sheet (11) comprising a plurality of semiconductor heat generating elements (10) operated by being supplied with power through a power supply means (15) and a power supply line (12) by a control means (13) is laid on soil to be treated. The semiconductor heating elements 11 are heated for a predetermined time by energizing each of the semiconductor heating elements 11 with high power until the surface temperature of the heating sheet 11 reaches at least the killing temperature at which harmful bacteria and pests in the soil are killed. After heating, the power supply to the semiconductor heating element 10 is stopped or the power supplied to the semiconductor heating element 10 is reduced to lower the temperature. If necessary, the temperature is reduced to a predetermined temperature, and then the semiconductor heating element 10 is maintained at a predetermined temperature with low power. To keep the soil warm by energizing. [Selection diagram] FIG. |
