abstract A biosensor capable of accurately measuring the concentration of a specific substrate in a biological component in a short time by providing a uniform reaction layer containing an enzyme so as to be rapidly dissolved in a sample solution. The sample liquid supply includes an electrically insulating substrate, an electrode system having a working electrode and a counter electrode formed on the substrate, and a sample liquid supply path having at least a surface including the electrode system as an inner surface. Forming a first reaction layer containing at least an electron carrier on the inner surface of the channel, and at least the enzyme and at least an enzyme formed in a positional relationship that does not directly contact the first reaction layer formed on the inner surface of the sample liquid supply channel; A biosensor comprising a second reaction layer containing fine particles having a diameter of 0.1 μm or more and less than 1 μm.
