abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a thermally conductive reaction-curable resin molded product capable of easily improving thermal conductivity and a method for producing the same. A thermally conductive reaction-curable resin molded article is obtained from a reaction-curable resin composition containing a reaction-curable resin and a thermally conductive filler. The reaction-curable resin composition contains 5 to 800 parts by weight of a thermally conductive filler based on 100 parts by weight of the reaction-curable resin. The molecular chains of the reaction-curable resin in the thermally conductive reaction-curable resin molded body are oriented in the direction of heat conduction. The thermal conductivity in the heat conduction direction is preferably 1.2 to 10 times the thermal conductivity of the non-oriented reaction-curable resin molded product obtained by curing the reaction-curable resin composition. In order to manufacture the thermally conductive reaction-curable resin molded article, first, a magnetic field is applied to the reaction-curable resin composition before the reaction-curable resin is reaction-cured, and the reaction-curable resin composition is applied with the magnetic field applied.
