A manufacturing method is provided. A W / O / W emulsion skin characterized by having improved storage stability, skin safety, and feeling of use by simultaneously mixing an alkyl methacrylate copolymer and a dextrin fatty acid ester. An external composition and a method for producing the same. The blending amount is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.05 to 5%, more preferably 0.1 to 2% for the alkyl methacrylate copolymer, and preferably 0.05 to 5% for the dextrin fatty acid ester. When the content is 10%, more preferably 0.1 to 5%, the storage stability and usability are greatly improved. |
