An electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent abrasion resistance and capable of forming a high-quality image free of noise such as fog, voids, and streaks over a long period of time is provided. An organic photoreceptor comprising a conductive substrate and at least a charge generation layer, a first charge transport layer, and a second charge transport layer laminated in this order, wherein the first charge transport layer comprises a binder resin and a charge. A second charge transporting layer comprising a modified polycarbonate resin, a fluorine-containing resin fine particle and a charge transporting material comprising a specific styryl compound, wherein the second charge transporting layer has a binder resin content of 100% by weight. An organic photoreceptor, wherein the content of the charge transporting material to 30 parts by weight is 30 to 60 parts by weight. [Selection diagram] None |
