abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a rubber-modified styrenic resin composition which is excellent in transparency and impact resistance, and in which a decrease in hue and transparency due to heat history after molding is significantly suppressed. SOLUTION: (A) Styrene-based monomer, (meth) acrylate-based monomer, and styrene- (meth) acrylate comprising a vinyl-based monomer copolymerizable with these monomers And (B) a diene rubber-like elastic material, a styrene monomer, a (meth) acrylate monomer, and a vinyl monomer copolymerizable with these monomers. A rubber-modified styrenic resin composition containing a graft copolymer as a main component, wherein the rubber-modified styrenic resin composition has a mass ratio of MEK-soluble to MEK-insoluble of 95/5 to 40/60. And (C) 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide as a phosphorus-based compound in 100% by mass of the rubber-modified styrene-based resin composition.
