abstract An object of the present invention is to provide self-extinguishing properties and strength, excellent transparency, good productivity, and self-extinguishing properties that do not cause ash generation, damage to incineration facilities, or clogging of incinerator filters during incineration disposal. Since common flame retardants such as phosphorus-based compounds, halogen-based compounds, metal hydrates, and metal oxides are not used, ash content during incineration is zero, which may cause damage to incineration facilities and clogging of incinerator filters.
