titleOfInvention | Starch hydrolyzed saccharides and polycondensates thereof |
abstract | An inexpensive starch-hydrolyzed saccharide having thermoplasticity, flexibility and practically sufficient mechanical properties, a polycondensate thereof, and a method for producing the same are provided. SOLUTION: Starch hydrolyzed saccharide and polycondensate thereof, which show a gel state after immersion in water at normal temperature for 24 hours and have a MI value of 0.1 or more and exhibit thixotropic properties, specifically, the main chain of starch at least a portion in, -O- (C = O) -O -, - ((O-R 2) x - (O- (C = O) -R 3) y) m -O z - or - The present invention relates to a starch hydrolyzed saccharide into which a group represented by CH 2- (CCO) -CHR 3 -O- is introduced and a condensation polymer thereof. R 1 and R 2 are an alkylene group having 1 or more carbon atoms or an arylene group having 6 or more carbon atoms, x, y, and z are 0 or 1, x + y is 1 or 2, m is an integer of 1 to 3,100, R 3 Represents an alkyl group having 1 or more carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 or more carbon atoms, or an alkoxy group having 1 or more carbon atoms.
