abstract | [Problem] To provide an anisotropic conductive connection by only pressure bonding at normal temperature, and to excite a curing reaction by irradiating light in advance, so that heat treatment is not required and curing at room temperature is not required. The curing reaction proceeds, and an anisotropic conductive photo-curing adhesive sheet capable of ensuring excellent conductivity (electrical connectivity) and its reliability, and bonding of electrical components using the same. Provided are a method and an electrical component according to the joining method. Anisotropically comprising a binder resin (A), a compound (B) having a specific functional group, a compound (C) having a specific molecular skeleton, and conductive particles (D).
