abstract | A lithographic plate capable of recording an image by scanning with an infrared laser beam based on a digital signal and mounting the image recorded on a printing machine as it is without going through a conventional developing process. Provide printing plate precursors. Further, a lithographic printing plate precursor capable of producing a printed image having good contrast and handling in a bright room is provided. A heat-sensitive lithographic printing plate precursor having a lipophilic image-forming layer containing hot-melt fine particles on a support, wherein the lipophilic image-forming layer is provided with a halogen radical, a halogen atom or a halogen atom by heat. A lithographic printing plate precursor comprising a trihalomethyl compound which generates ions, a halogen radical generated, a compound which changes color by a halogen atom or a halogen ion, and a photothermal conversion agent.
