(A) A protein having a specific amino acid sequence. (B) A protein comprising an amino acid sequence containing substitution, deletion, insertion or addition of one or more amino acids in the amino acid sequence of (A), and having a polysaccharide-forming activity. (C) a protein having another specific amino acid sequence. (D) A protein comprising an amino acid sequence containing substitution, deletion, insertion or addition of one or more amino acids in the amino acid sequence of (C), and having a polysaccharide-forming activity.
