titleOfInvention | Alkaline storage battery |
abstract | The present invention provides an alkaline storage battery having excellent charge acceptability in a high-temperature atmosphere, and also having excellent rapid charge characteristics and high-rate discharge characteristics. In an alkaline storage battery including a positive electrode having an active material mainly composed of nickel hydroxide, a negative electrode, a separator, and an alkaline electrolyte, the surface of the active material of the positive electrode includes cobalt hydroxide, nickel hydroxide, and nickel hydroxide. And a solid solution of at least one hydroxide selected from the group consisting of Y, Al, Mn and a lanthanoid element, and the alkali electrolyte contains at least potassium hydroxide with respect to the total alkali. An alkaline storage battery to which a molar ratio of 3 to 50% is added. [Selection diagram] None |
