abstract | A conductive sheet, a conductive member, and a packaging material using the same are provided. A conductive polyester sheet provided with a coat layer made of a conductive composition on at least one surface of a base sheet made of polyester, wherein the polyester base sheet has a triethylene glycol content of 1 ppm to 50 ppm, and is extremely limited. A conductive polyester sheet having a viscosity of 0.70 deciliters / gram or more and a surface resistance value of less than 1 × 10 7 Ω on the conductive composition coat layer side. Preferably, an anchor coat containing a curing agent as a main component is formed as desired, a conductive coating of plural layers is formed thereon by a printing dry coating method, and a top coat is further formed thereon. |
