titleOfInvention Wood processing equipment
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing decay and cracking of wood. SOLUTION: A wood treatment agent containing a methylolated phenol monomer and comprising a weakly acidic or neutral aqueous solution is pressure-injected into wood to be treated, and then dried and heated to cure the methylolated phenol monomer. Wood that is stable over a long period of time can be obtained that has penetrated the cell wall with resin. The wood processing is performed by using a wood processing apparatus including a filling canister for injecting the treatment agent under pressure, a filling section housed in a constant temperature room having its attached equipment, and a drying / heating section.
