titleOfInvention | Backup sheet for drilling through holes with laser |
abstract | A backup sheet that can be laminated and bonded to the back surface of a copper clad plate at room temperature when a through hole for a small-diameter through hole is made by irradiating a thin copper clad plate with a carbon dioxide laser. SOLUTION: After forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive alone layer or a resin layer on a metal foil, a pressure-sensitive adhesive single layer or a resin composition layer in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive is added to the surface layer is further formed as a backup sheet. Is laminated to the back of the copper-clad plate at room temperature, and then a carbon dioxide laser is irradiated to open a through hole. [Effect] By laminating at room temperature, there is no warping during laminating, and small-diameter through holes with good hole shape can be made at high speed with a carbon dioxide gas laser. It was easy to peel off without causing breakage, and was excellent in workability and mass productivity. |
