abstract Provided is an analyzer for easily and accurately performing various analyzes including POC analysis and the like, and a small-sized and low-cost liquid sending mechanism suitable for sending a liquid in the analyzer. An analyzer for biochemical measurement comprises a chip, a liquid feeder, and an optical detector. The chip includes a plurality of liquid tanks filled with liquid, a flow path connected to the liquid tank, and a partition for covering an opening of the liquid tank. Further, the liquid sending device is composed of a pressure generating means, an incompressible medium, a closed container, and a diaphragm member. Then, a liquid-feeding partition provided on the chip was pressed by a liquid-feeding device to change the volume of the liquid tank, whereby a target amount of liquid in the liquid in the liquid tank was sent to the flow path.
