abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a highly corrosion-resistant coated steel sheet having excellent sharpness. SOLUTION: The surface of a steel sheet contains Al: 4 to 22% by mass, Mg: 1 to 5% by mass, Ti: 0.1% by mass or less, and Si: 0.5% by mass or less as necessary, and the remainder. Has a Zn alloy plating layer composed of Zn and unavoidable impurities, has a conversion film of a chromate film or a phosphate film as an intermediate layer, and has an organic film layer having a thickness of 0.2 to 100 μm as an upper layer. One or more of [Al phase], [Zn 2 Mg phase] and [Zn phase] are mixed in a zinc-based plating layer having a [ternary eutectic structure of Al / Zn / Zn 2 Mg]. It has a metal structure, and contains a Ti-Al-based intermetallic compound in one or more of [Al phase], [Zn 2 Mg phase] and [Zn phase]. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
