As a method for treating vascular stenosis, angioplasty (PTA, PTCA) for inflating and treating a small balloon in a blood vessel is widely performed as a minimally invasive treatment. However, in the case of this treatment, stenosis (restenosis) repeatedly occurs with a high probability. As a technique for reducing the restenosis rate, a technique of placing a stent has become widespread in recent years. In this stent placement technique, the occurrence of restenosis has been reported at a frequency of about 20 to 30%. Attempts have been made to coat stents with drugs that limit occlusion, but at present the stenosis rate still occurs at a high frequency. SOLUTION: At least two layers of a layer containing an immunosuppressive agent and a layer containing an anti-inflammatory agent are provided on the surface of a stent for indwelling a living body.
