titleOfInvention Method for producing cultured dermal sheet and cultured dermal sheet
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a cultured dermis sheet and a cultured dermis sheet, which enable cell proliferation in a short period of time, and that can reliably and quickly regenerate the dermis. The method for producing a cultured dermis sheet according to the present invention comprises culturing mesenchymal stem cells in the presence of a culture solution and a female hormone-like substance, and replacing the activated mesenchymal stem cells obtained by the culture with artificial skin. It is characterized by obtaining a cultured dermal sheet containing activated mesenchymal stem cells in an artificial skin substitute material by impregnating the material into the material.
