titleOfInvention | Method for producing acrylic foam and acrylic foam |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to obtain an acrylic foam which does not exude a plasticizer from the obtained foam, has low water absorption, and has excellent water resistance. A foaming agent containing, as a main component, an acrylic syrup composed of a monomer having a polymerizable unsaturated bond and a polymer of a monomer having a polymerizable unsaturated bond, and at least a crosslinking agent, a thermal polymerization initiator, and a foaming agent added. An acrylic foam characterized in that the composition is polymerized and cross-linked after being applied to a support, and then heated and foamed in a state where the complex kinematic viscosity is 2 × 10 2 to 5 × 10 4 Pa · sec. Manufacturing method. [Selection diagram] None |
