abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a stretchable leather processed product having high flexibility, stretch recovery, and air permeability. In particular, it has excellent elasticity in all directions. Such a stretchable leather processed product is obtained, and a stretchable adhesive base material suitable for natural leather having elongation is provided. The adhesive base material is formed into a stretchable fabric using polyurethane elastic yarn, and is partially coated with a hot-melt adhesive, so that it is aligned with natural leather having elongation in the direction of high elongation. The final product obtained is excellent in elastic recovery, has a soft feel, has air permeability, and has an improved surface texture. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
