Kind Code: A1 A cell culture vessel filled with a medium for culturing cells, a medium supply pipe for injecting a fresh medium into the cell culture vessel, and a fresh medium supply pipe provided by the medium supply pipe. The apparatus includes a medium discharge tube 17 for receiving a medium pushed out of the cell culture container 1 by the injection of the medium, and a sampling unit 20 for sampling a cultured cell contained in the medium flowing into the medium discharge tube 17 as a sample.
