titleOfInvention | Novel alkaline laccase, method for producing the same, and use thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides a novel alkali laccase which acts strongly with a heterocyclic compound or an aromatic amine under alkaline conditions and has excellent heat resistance, and a method for producing the same. The following properties: (1) molecular weight: about 42,000 to 43,000; (2) optimum pH: about 10; and (3) substrate specificity: strong against heterocyclic compounds or aromatic amines. Act, a novel alkaline laccase. A method comprising the steps of culturing filamentous fungi belonging to the genus Forma, and separating and purifying the alkaline laccase from the resulting culture. And a filamentous fungus producing this alkaline laccase. [Selection diagram] None |
