abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a novel thermoplastic elastomer composition which is rich in flexibility and excellent in moldability, rubber properties, mechanical strength, compression set properties, and vibration damping properties. An isobutylene block copolymer (A) containing a polymer block mainly composed of isobutylene and a polymer block mainly composed of an aromatic vinyl compound, and an isobutylene polymer having an alkenyl group at a terminal ( B), wherein the isobutylene-based polymer (B) having an alkenyl group at the terminal is crosslinked by a hydrosilyl group-containing polysiloxane (C), and a hydrosilyl group This is achieved by a thermoplastic elastomer composition in which the containing polysiloxane (C) is a hydrosilyl group-containing polysiloxane having 3 or more hydrosilyl groups and 3 to 500 siloxane units.
