Flexible polyurethane foam and method for producing the same |
abstract |
The present invention provides a flexible foam having excellent vibration characteristics while maintaining physical properties such as hardness and durability necessary for a cushion even with low resilience. A flexible polyurethane foam having a core rebound elastic modulus of 40% or less, wherein a half width of a resonance transmission peak in a resonance curve is 1 Hz or less. Moreover, the manufacturing method of the flexible polyurethane foam characterized by using a specific foam stabilizer and making high molecular weight polyol and a polyisocyanate compound react in presence of a catalyst and a foaming agent.
