titleOfInvention Dispenser for liquid crystal display panel and method for controlling gap between nozzle and substrate using the same
abstract 【Task】 Disclosed is a liquid crystal display panel dispenser that can automatically control a gap between a nozzle and a substrate provided in the dispenser, and a nozzle and substrate gap control method using the dispenser. [Solution] A syringe 503 having a nozzle 502 at one end, a main body 504 to which the syringe 503 is attached, a vertical drive stepping motor 505 that drives the main body 504 in the vertical direction along a vertical axis 506, and the syringe 503 A first sensor 507 for detecting whether or not the nozzle 502 and the substrate 501 are in contact with each other, a second sensor 508 for detecting a gap between the nozzle 502 and the substrate 501, and the first and second sensors 507 and 508. And a controller 509 for controlling the vertical drive stepping motor 505 so that the nozzle 502 and the substrate 501 have a desired gap, thereby constituting a dispenser for a liquid crystal display panel.
