titleOfInvention Method for producing chondroitin sulfate / iron colloid and trace element preparation
abstract [Objective] To produce chondroitin sulfate / iron colloid having a particle diameter of 100 nm or less from chondroitin sulfate other than bovine origin. Composition: An aqueous solution of ferric chloride is added to an aqueous solution of sodium chondroitin sulfate and stirred, and then an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide is added to adjust the pH to 3 to 7 initially. Further, an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide is added to adjust the pH of the solution to an alkaline side of 7-14, and then an aqueous solution of ferric chloride is added to adjust the pH of the mixture to an acidic side of 3 to 7 again. Thereafter, an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide and an aqueous solution of ferric chloride are alternately added and stirred with the pH of the mixture within the range of 3 to 14 to obtain a chondroitin sulfate / iron colloid having a particle diameter of 100 nm or less.
