titleOfInvention | Laminated polyester film, film roll and magnetic recording medium |
abstract | The present invention provides a laminated polyester film which is excellent in flatness and winding property, and has excellent running properties and electromagnetic conversion characteristics when used as a metal thin film type magnetic recording medium, and a film roll and a magnetic recording medium using the same. A polyester layer (A) containing substantially no inert particles and a polyester layer ( B ) having a center plane average roughness (WRaB) of 6.5 to 15 nm containing the inert particles are laminated. A laminated polyester film wherein WRa B is 3 to 30 times larger than the center plane average roughness (WRa A ) of the surface of the polyester layer A, and the peeling potential from the roll state is in the range of +70 kV to -10 kV.
