[PROBLEMS] To provide a material that can easily and safely separate and collect two or more types of specific cells, particularly hematopoietic stem cells, neural stem cells, vascular endothelial progenitor cells, pluripotent stem cells and trees present in human blood and umbilical cord blood. A column for collecting two or more kinds of specific cells useful for treatment is provided by utilizing the interaction between a surface antigen such as dendritic cells, B cells, and T cells and a ligand. A column comprising a ligand immobilization material comprising two or more types of ligands and a base material for immobilizing the ligands, wherein the two or more types of ligands immobilized on the base material are removed by external stimulation. A ligand-immobilized column characterized by being able to be separated. [Selection figure] None |
