titleOfInvention | Photocurable resin composition |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fired film having excellent storage stability and having sufficient blackness after firing without impairing excellent adhesion, resolution, and firing properties to a substrate in each step of drying, exposure, development, and firing. And a plasma display panel (PDP) formed with a lower (black layer) electrode circuit using the same. SOLUTION: The basic first embodiment of the photocurable resin composition comprises (A) cobalt trioxide (Co 3 O 4 ) black fine particles, (B) an organic binder, (C) a photopolymerizable monomer, (D) It contains a photopolymerization initiator, and contains only ruthenium oxide as the conductive fine particles. In the second embodiment, the specific surface area of (A) the cobalt tetroxide (Co 3 O 4 ) black fine particles is In the range of 1.0 to 20 m 2 / g, the third embodiment further contains (E) inorganic fine particles (excluding conductive fine particles) in addition to the above components. Such a photocurable resin composition is applied on a transparent electrode of a front glass substrate, exposed to light according to a predetermined pattern, developed, and fired to form a lower layer (black layer) electrode circuit of the PDP.
