An object of the present invention is to provide a microarray in which a physiologically active substance is immobilized on a solid-phase substrate, which has low nonspecific binding and adsorption of nucleic acids and the like to the substrate and has high detection accuracy. Kind Code: A1 A microarray in which a physiologically active substance is immobilized on a surface, a target substance is captured by interaction with the physiologically active substance, and information such as the amount of the captured substance is detected. A microarray in which a substance having a negative charge is introduced into a portion that is not present. |
