titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of fiber sheet |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a fiber sheet which can be produced at low cost and has small pore diameter unevenness by subjecting a fiber sheet to a hydrophilic treatment, uniformly imparting water to the entire fiber surface, and then performing a wet heat treatment. A fiber sheet containing a wet heat gelling resin which can be gelled by heating in the presence of moisture is produced by the following AC step. A. A step of subjecting the fibers constituting the fiber sheet and the wet heat gelling resin to hydrophilic treatment. B. A step of imparting moisture to the hydrophilic fiber sheet containing the hydrophilically-treated fiber and the wet heat gelling resin to form a water-containing sheet. C. The wet sheet is subjected to wet heat treatment in a temperature range not lower than the gelling temperature of the wet heat gelling resin and not higher than the melting point of the wet heat gelling resin −20 ° C., to gel the wet heat gelling resin, and to gel the wet heat gel. Fixing the fibers with a resin. [Selection diagram] FIG. |
