An object of the present invention is to provide a highly flame-retardant conductive thermoplastic resin composition having a good appearance and improved mechanical strength. SOLUTION: It comprises (A) a thermoplastic resin of 80 to 99.9% by mass and (B) 0.1 to 20% by mass of a carbon nanotube, and is based on a total amount of 100 parts by mass of the component (A) and the component (B). (C) A thermoplastic resin composition comprising 0.005 to 2 parts by mass of one or more compounds selected from phosphorus compounds, phenolic compounds, epoxy compounds, and sulfur compounds.
