Thermal conductive epoxy resin molded article and method for producing the same |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a thermally conductive epoxy resin molded article capable of exhibiting excellent thermal conductivity and a method for producing the same. A thermally conductive epoxy resin molded article is obtained by curing an epoxy resin composition containing an epoxy resin. The degree of orientation α of the epoxy resin in the thermally conductive epoxy resin molded body is in the range of 0.5 or more and less than 1.0. The degree of orientation α is a value determined by the following equation (1) from X-ray diffraction measurement. Degree of orientation α = (180−Δβ) / 180 (1) (However, Δβ represents the half width in the intensity distribution from 0 to 360 degrees in the azimuthal direction, fixing the peak scattering angle by X-ray diffraction measurement.) Further, the epoxy resin is preferably a liquid crystalline epoxy resin having a mesogen group. [Selection] Fig. 2 |
