titleOfInvention | Pre-preg for printed wiring boards and metal-clad laminates |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a metal-clad laminate for a printed wiring board, which has a high thermal expansion coefficient and a high connection reliability with a mounted component and has excellent heat resistance. SOLUTION: (a) an epoxy resin having at least two or more epoxy groups in one molecule, (b) a polycondensate of phenols and formaldehyde, and (c) a compound having a triazine ring or an isocyanuric ring (d) A curing accelerator, (e) high-purity aluminum hydroxide as an essential component, and (e) an inorganic filler as an essential component, and the inorganic filler of (e) is 50 to 50% based on the solid content of the organic resin in the varnish. A prepreg for a printed wiring board is obtained by impregnating a glass woven fabric with a thermosetting resin varnish of 150% by weight, heating and drying to form a B stage. Further, when the epoxy resin (a) is a glycidyl etherified product of a polycondensate of phenols and formaldehyde, good substrate characteristics can be obtained. [Selection diagram] None |
