titleOfInvention | Aqueous composition of fat-soluble vitamins, production method and administration method |
abstract | [Problem] To provide an aqueous composition with improved bioavailability of fat-soluble vitamins, which has good absorbability and has sufficient physiological activity when administered in a small amount and for a short period of time. An aqueous composition of fat-soluble vitamins, which has an improved bioavailability in a solubilized state having a particle size of 110 nm or less in the presence of a surfactant. A method for producing an aqueous composition of fat-soluble vitamins, wherein the following steps I and II are sequentially performed or step II and step I are performed so that the average particle size in the aqueous composition becomes 110 nm or less. . Step I: Component A: 0.0001 to 40% by weight of fat-soluble vitamins is dissolved in 0 to 40% by weight of an oily solvent. Step II: B component: one or more polyglycerol fatty acid esters are used in an amount of 1 to 50% by weight, the ratio of A component / B component is 1/1 to 1/300, and the remainder is an aqueous solvent.
