titleOfInvention | Methods for producing spherical carbon and graphite |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for efficiently producing spheroidal carbon or spheroidal graphite having resistance to distortion or stress. A gaseous raw material hydrocarbon is introduced into a reaction zone composed of an inert gas atmosphere set in a predetermined temperature range A, and carbonized while floating the raw material hydrocarbon in the reaction zone, thereby forming a radial gas. A step of growing spherical carbon comprising a carbon skeleton arranged in a matrix, and a step of introducing the spherical carbon into an inert gas atmosphere set in a predetermined temperature region B to graphitize the spherical carbon. Manufacturing method. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
