titleOfInvention Manufacturing method for insert molded products
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an insert molded product that can suppress a decrease in quality of the insert molded product. A core metal formed by casting in a molding step (step S1) is subjected to shot blasting in a finishing step (step S21) to remove burrs. Next, screw holes and the like are formed in the cored bar in a cutting step (step S22). Thereafter, in the cleaning step (step S3), foreign matter such as cutting oil and cutting chips adhering to the outer surface of the metal core is removed by spraying water onto the metal core. Finally, in the drying step (Step S4), water adhering to the outer surface of the cored bar is dried. A steering wheel is manufactured using the core metal manufactured through these steps.
