abstract | A battery and a circuit board are efficiently stored in an outer case of a battery pack. A battery element (6) is sealed in an exterior material (7), and a pair of electrode leads (14, 17) electrically connected to a positive electrode (8) and a negative electrode (9) constituting the battery element (6) form a bonding surface (7a) of the exterior material (7). A circuit board provided with a battery 3 drawn out from the outside, a connecting portion 19 to which a pair of electrode leads 14 and 17 are electrically connected, and a circuit portion 20 constituting a control circuit of the battery 3. 4 and an outer casing 3 for accommodating the battery 3 and the circuit board 4.
