titleOfInvention Silacyclopentadiene derivative, electrophotographic photoreceptor and organic EL device using the same
abstract A novel silacyclopentadiene derivative having excellent charge transporting ability, luminous efficiency, and durability as a luminescent material, and an electrophotographic photoreceptor and an organic EL device using the same are provided. A novel silacyclopentadiene derivative is represented by the following general formula (1). This silacyclopentadiene derivative (1) is blended in a photosensitive layer provided on a conductive substrate in an electrophotographic photosensitive member. In the organic EL device, it is blended in an organic layer sandwiched between a pair of electrodes. Embedded image [Wherein A 1 and A 2 represent OO, CC (COOR 11 ) 2 or (C (CN) 2 . R 1 to R 11 represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 12 or less carbon atoms, or the like. Adjacent groups of R 1 to R 10 may combine with each other to form a hydrocarbon ring. ] [Selection diagram] None
