Flat lens and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat lens and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: A transparent substrate provided with a concave lens receiving groove having a predetermined depth on its surface, and a transparent surface provided in the lens receiving groove, wherein a first surface corresponding to the lens receiving groove has a refractive surface. A lens element having a diffraction surface formed by a diffraction grating pattern on a second surface on the opposite side. According to the present invention, it is easy to manufacture and assemble a flat lens, and particularly, it is possible to make the lens thinner. Further, since one surface of the lens element has a refraction surface and the other surface has a diffraction surface, a high numerical aperture (NA) can be obtained by a high light-condensing effect of the two surfaces of the lens. In addition, a combination of the refracting surface and the diffractive surface provides a colorless lens from which chromatic aberration has been eliminated. [Selection diagram] FIG. |
