abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a separating agent for optical isomers having high immobilization efficiency and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, when a polysaccharide derivative having a polymerizable functional group is immobilized on a carrier such as silica gel, the polymerizable functional group is also introduced on the carrier surface. A separating agent was provided. By using the optical isomer separating agent of the present invention, efficient immobilization can be performed using a small amount of vinyl monomer.
